We started CtrlYard because managing an HOA shouldn't require a binder full of spreadsheets and a chain of 47 emails.
Why We Built This
HOA board members are volunteers. They spend their evenings and weekends managing communities — tracking maintenance requests in spreadsheets, sending announcements nobody reads, and sitting through 3-hour meetings that could've been a poll.
We built CtrlYard to give that time back. A platform that handles the operational work so boards can focus on what actually matters: making decisions that improve their community.

- Beautiful by default. If software is ugly, people won't use it. We obsess over every detail of the interface.
- AI-powered. Our built-in AI assistant answers resident questions instantly using your community's own knowledge base. No more repeating the same answers.
- Security-first. Row-level security, encrypted data, and role-based access. Your community data stays private.
